Good news! The real estate market in the City of Peterborough is showing some improvement!

Last month, the average home price in Peterborough increased to $605,068, up from $598,486 in June. While that may seem like a small increase of 1.10%, it’s also a 5.89% increase compared to three months ago, when the average price in April was $571,422.

This is an encouraging sign that we may be seeing more buyer confidence returning to the market. If this trend continues, we could see more positive price growth in the months ahead!
